CROWD PHOTO RELEASE

By entering the Revival for Survival gathering at Constellation Field in Sugar Land on 10/10/2020 you waive all rights to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken and you wave all rights you may have to any financial compensation for your picture or your likeness being included in public media use. Please read the information below for further details.

When you enter or attend an event, gathering or program conducted by Revival for Survival (R4S), you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. R4S reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event, gathering or program sponsored by R4S or its affiliates, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

By entering the event, gathering or program premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio or video recording, and their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, brochures, newspapers, magazines or any other purpose by R4S and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar R4S events, gatherings or programs in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of R4S. You release R4S, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

By participating in a R4S event, gathering or program you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify R4S from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

By entering the event, gathering or program premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment, financial compensation or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by R4S or the person or entity designated to do so by R4S.

By participating in a R4S event, gathering or program you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify R4S from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event, gathering or program. DO NOT ENTER THE EVENT, GATHERING OR PROGRAM AREA IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING.

Any person or organization not affiliated with R4S may not use, copy, alter or modify R4S photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from R4S.
