Constellation Field Rules & Policies

 

The following information and policies are intended to foster a high level of safety and enjoyment for all guests.


Alcohol Management

This is an alcohol-free event. Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol beverages in to Constellation Field.

ATM Machine

For your convenience, the Ace Merchant Services ATM machine is located on the main concourse between the press box and the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center.

Accessible Parking and Seating

Constellation Field is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in Lot A for those with government issued placards.

Barrier-free seating for wheelchairs along with companion seats is located in numerous areas throughout Constellation Field

Babies/Toddlers

Strollers are allowed in the stadium, though when parked they must be kept clear of aisle ways. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat. Private breastfeeding areas are available for nursing mothers or breastfeeding is allowed in any public location of Constellation Field. Pre-packaged single serving snacks intended for babies and toddlers are permissible.

Bag Inspection

To provide a safe environment for everyone attending the gathering, all bags will be checked prior to entering the stadium. Bags including: purses, clutches, diaper bags, and swim bags (for the pool area) will be permitted after they are searched at the gates during entry into the stadium. All bags must be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8". Large bags and luggage, inflatables, nets, noise makers, brooms, weapons, laser pointers, light sabers, coolers, cans, bottles, food and beverages are not permitted at any time. To ensure guest safety, we reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious.

Bicycles

Bicycle parking is available near the front of Constellation Field in Lot A. Bicycles are not permitted inside Constellation Field.

Concessions

A concession stand featuring many local Texas and ballpark favorites will be available for purchase. The concession stands offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor. There is something for everyone at the concession stands. Please Note: The concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) so please speak directly with the concession stand hosts to identify and avoid the handling and consumption of trigger foods.

Cameras

Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside Constellation Field.

First Aid Station

First aid is located on the concourse behind section 9 on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.

Gates Open / VIP Entrance

Gates at Constellation Field open 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, unless otherwise noted.

Lost Children

Should you lose your child (or your children lose you), immediately contact the nearest usher then report to then report to the Customer Service Center for reunification.

Lost and Found

The lost and found is located at the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center and the Skybox Level Concierge. If you lost an item at the stadium, please call 281.240.4487 to report the missing item or pick up the item during normal business hours.

Children's Memorial Hermann Play Land

*If executive orders and social distancing still in place due to COVID-19, then the Play Land will be closed.*

One of the many child-specific features of Constellation Field is the Children's Memorial Hermann Play Land. This play area is located on the left center field compete with a carousel, fixed playground equipment for toddlers up through age 13, a half-sized basketball court and professional baseball's only in-park splash pad. Bring a towel(s) if you plan on accessing the splash pad.

Non-Stadium Food & Drink

No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into Constellation Field with the exception of one (1) sealed plastic bottle of non-flavored water no larger than 16 oz. per person.

Parking

Constellation Field features two parking areas with accommodation of over 2,000 parking spaces. Lot A, located directly around stadium is primarily reserved for permit parking only. Permits include VIP or state issued handicap permits. Guests without permits may also park in Lot A in non-reserved parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Lot A is best accessed using Texas State Highway 6, exiting at Imperial Boulevard then connecting at Stadium Drive.

Lot B, located just over Oyster Creek and connected by a pedestrian fort bridge and provides ample parking. Lot B is best accessed using State Highway 6.

Pets

No pets are permitted with the exception of service dogs.

Police

For the safety of our guests, police will be on site at every Skeeters game. If you have an emergency please contact the nearest usher or other volunteer.

Rain

In the event that the gathering is officially canceled, we will have the gathering the next day, Sunday, October 11, 2020.

Please note: Food, drinks or any other items purchased cannot be returned and monies are non-refundable.

Restrooms

Concourse level restrooms are located along the first base concourse, third base concourse, and in centerfield under the Big Texas Video Board. While all bathrooms are equipped with baby changing stations, the stadium family restroom with baby changing station is available behind section 4. The family restroom may be locked and used as a secure nursing station.

Re-Entry

Guests who must leave and re-enter, may do so through the main gates behind section 17. Guests who plan on re-entering MUST have their ticket re-scanned or hand stamped before they leave and present their ticket for re-scanning or hand stamp upon re-entry. You will not be able to re-enter if you do not have your ticket or your hand stamped prior to exiting.

Recycling

Please keep Constellation Field beautiful by placing all trash and debris into trash or recycle containers.

Smoking

In consideration of the health and comfort of others, Constellation Field is a smoke-free facility. A smoking section is located outside the stadium down the stairs on the first base concourse behind section 3.

Tailgating

Tailgating is prohibited in all Constellation Field parking lots.

Umbrellas

Standard size umbrellas are allowed in the stadium for rain events so long as that use of umbrella does not obstruct the view of another guest. Umbrellas for the purposes of sun shade are not permitted. Please use hats/visors, sunglasses, a towel and/or sunscreen/block to provide protection from the sun.

Weather Policy

The stadium water play features will close due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning but we will make every effort to reopen water play features as quickly and safely as possible.

Weapons

Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the stadium. Guests who are found in violation will be subject to removal from stadium and possible arrest. The only exception is security and law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties.

Ticket Pick-Up Window

All tickets should be ordered online. Once your seat(s) has been confirmed and reserved, you will be sent an e-ticket(s) to the email address that was submitted at the time the ticket(s) was ordered. E-tickets (printed or on your phone) are acceptable to gain entrance into the stadium; however, if you also want a physical ticket, then you may pick up your ticket(s) at the "pick-up" window located next to the TDECU Ticket Office at the main entrance from October 5th-9th during business hours (10am-5pm) or on October 10th from 9am-5pm. A valid photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets at the Pick-Up Window, and tickets will only be released to the name on file.
